The 111-plan review study cited in the Ordinance 2026-04 presentations

At the May 13 Planning and Zoning hearing, staff said they had reviewed 111 single-family, two-family, twinhome, and townhouse plans from 2024 and 2025 and found all compliant with the proposed changes. This request asks for the list of the 111 plans, the review criteria, the recorded results, and the final presentation files shown May 13 and July 6. It replaced Item 5 of request 26-554.
