All communications since January 1, 2022 from anyone offering to donate, fund, discount, build, or sponsor the East City Park Stage Replacement (CIP 108-024), the City's responses, internal discussion of those offers, and any record discouraging community fundraising or donated labor.

• Jul 23, 2026 Filed through the City portal.
• Aug 4, 2026 City issued a $692.57 invoice.
• Aug 5, 2026 City denied a fee waiver. Requester narrowed the request and renewed the waiver request.
• Aug 25, 2026 City sent its waiver-denial response. A petition on the fee waivers went to the Council the same day.
• Aug 31, 2026 Portal shows the request open with an invoice of about $108 unpaid. No records released.
