Re: Engineering Review of the Sierra Vista Preliminary Re-plat 
 
 
Upon reviewing the preliminary re-plat for the Sier ra Vista Replat, the Engineering Department 
has the following recommendations: 
 
 
1) The Easement around Tract A Sierra Court should be designated as a Public Utility and 
Public Access Easement, as the sidewalk lies within the Easement and not Tract A. 
 
2) Water modeling will be required to determine whe ther the existing water system is 
adequate to serve the proposed subdivision prior to final plat.
