Re:	Department Review of the Sierra Vista Preliminary Re-plat


Upon reviewing the preliminary re-plat for the Seirra Vista Preliminary Replat, the engineering department has the following recommendation:


The Easement around Tract A Sierra Court should be designated as a Public Utility and Public Access Easement as the sidewalk lies within the Easement and not Tract A

Water modeling will be required to determine whether the existing water system is adequate to serve the proposed subdivision prior to final plat
