Re: Engineering Review of the Park Valley Addition Preliminary Re-plat 
 
 
Upon reviewing the preliminary re-plat for the Park  Valley Replat, the Engineering Department 
has the following recommendations: 
 
 
1) Extension of Sutton Roadway and water main to Ro binson Park Roadway and 
watermain should be required as it was with the Southgate Subdivision. 
 
2) For the pathway shown between lots 3 and 4 on bl ock 1, we recommend a 10’ pathway 
be constructed per City Standard Drawing No. 7. 
 
3) Castleford and Grandville Streets sections shoul d match City of Moscow STD DWG 1a.  
The City Engineer agrees to allow the 5’ green strip.
