This Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is issued for two duplex dwellings and
may be void if there is any change to the use and/or structure which would result
in the property being out of compliance with City Code requirements. The OWNER
acknowledges that each dwelling unit must be occupied by no more than one
“family” living together as a single housekeeping unit as defined in Moscow City
Code 4-1-6(D)(56).
