All, attached is the most recent draft ordinance for the duplex amendments which incorporate all that 
we’ve discussed so far. I will be bringing this back to P&Z again next week for one final review and was 
hoping to proceed on to a public hearing on March 25, 2026. We need to get the hearing noticed, so 
please let me know if I can proceed with that date or need to push it back another meeting cycle.
