I would prefer that we complete legal review before we notice.  This will give us the opportunity to work 
through any issues before we get it into the hearing process.  If you want to workshop with commission that 
is fine but I would like to see a very vetted ordinance.

All, attached is the most recent draft ordinance for the duplex amendments which incorporate 
all that we’ve discussed so far. I will be bringing this back to P&Z again next week for one 
final review and was hoping to proceed on to a public hearing on March 25, 2026. We need 
to get the hearing noticed, so please let me know if I can proceed with that date or need to 
push it back another meeting cycle.
