Here are some thoughts on the duplex code amendment materials that you sent me. Do with them what you will.
MCC 4-1-6-D-49
Consider adding the language, "often referred to as a duplex"
MCC 4-1-6-D-56-c&d
I've always had a hard time with these two. They seem incompatible. As I read it, 
c would allow three related people plus one nonrelated person or up to 4 nonrelated persons; and
d would allow an unlimited number of related people plus one nonrelated person. 
Perhaps change c to "up to four unrelated people"?  But then 6 unrelated are allowed outright in R-4 zone...
MCC 4-5-1-6-D-61
This does not prohibit developers from providing additional, unrequired, open space on rooftops. If I was a neighbor, 
I would consider that a nuisance.  
MCC 4-5-1-6-D-76
We will have to count wet bars as 'kitchens'. Are we prepared to require deed restrictions for these?

Additional parking required as a result of the expansion, alteration, reconstruction, or replacement any such single
