I would state that a beer fridge is not a definable term in the building or zoning code, please remove from being 
shown on the plans. What you have stated for the w/d looks fine.

How does the following language work for the relevant plan reviews? 
 
"Beer Fridge is not a definable term. Refrigerators are not permittable, please remove from plans. 
 
Per December 1, 2025 Code Interpretation, dwelling units are limited to one washer/dryer set per dwelling unit."
