Good afternoon,
Preliminary payroll and general fund internal service charges have been loaded into BS&A. Please do
not make any edits to these amounts. If you believe a change is necessary, contact me directly.
 
A few reminders:
When entering your budgets in BS&A, please complete 12-month estimates for payroll and all
other items. If current year activity has already exceeded the budget, be sure to account for
this in your estimates.
When updating your budget backup (footnotes), please remove any items related to FY26 that
are no longer applicable, including your full-time wage backup.
 
Upcoming Deadlines:
All revenues must be entered in BS&A by Monday, April 6.
All budgets are due by Friday, April 10.
